This property is out of this world. We recently stayed here as a group of nine. The accommodations are superb and the house manager, Edson, made our stay unforgettable. Easy communication prior to our trip and during our stay. Could not recommend this property more! I have not stopped raving to friends and clients! Thank you again for the incredible hospitality!
The property was fantastic. Communication with property manager and owner was prompt and easy from time of booking through entire stay. They made certain to take care of us. Accommodations were just as advertised but better in person. Extremely happy with the condo and property management.
Been coming to Cabo with family and friends now for a few years and this was the best place I have stayed. We enjoyed it so much we didnt bother even going out at night, just grilled and hung out in the pool. Mike and the property manager are A+
The house was absolutely perfect for 3 couples. We loved the pool, and the amazing view! It was very convenient to walk to town and the marina. Even though it's a little bit of a hike back up, it was quick! We felt very safe with security at the main and walking gates.
We had such a great stay here...Joaquín did an amazing job and helped us book an awesome in-house massage as well as an in-house chef, that is HIGHLY recommended for breakfast. We loved the pool, the cozy linens, great couch and the expresso machine. The bedroom closest to pool has a nice shower - the other bathrooms could have their shower heads replaced and better shampoo/soaps/body wash for that final touch of luxury. The housekeeping was perfect - TONS of nice towels for the pool as well as blankets and shower towels. Amazing place!
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location. This condo actually had 4 bedrooms, even though it was advertised as 3- there is a small, dark 'kids room' off of the upstairs master, with a twin bunk and a crib. We didn't even discover it till the second day! The location of this property is very good, up on the hill in Pedregal with a steep walking path that gets you down to town (about a 5 minute walk). The view from the large patio is excellent, and the pool is awesome! The pool is heated (it seems to come on for 90 minutes in the morning) so it's pleasant all day long, but too cold to swim in at night in April. The indoor living space is a bit chopped up, on multiple levels, with lots of stairs - definitely not good for people with mobility issues. But the location and view is really the key for this place; i spent most of the day sitting in the pool and enjoying watching the ships come in and out of the harbor and the birds flying overhead. Very relaxing!

The property was absolutely wonderful, all that was advertised. The villa, private pool and location to all the action were so enjoyable. Joaquin was a wonderful host! He worked with us prior to our arrival and though out I our entire stay, personal service like nothing we've experienced before.
The property is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect. It's well kept and very modern. The pool and view were everything we had expected and much more. The home is in a very safe area (its in a gated community). The home is also a short 5 min walk to the main areas with restaurants and grocery stores. The property manager Joaquin was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. The owner Mike was fantastic as well with any questions we had beforehand before connecting us with the property manager. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Cabo.
